Everything is energy, including our emotions! The vibrational scale shows us that different emotions carry different frequencies. The higher the vibration, the more we align with love, joy, and peace—the very energies that uplift the world.
When we take time to care for ourselves and intentionally raise our vibration — through breathwork, mindfulness, energy healing, or simply connecting with others — we feel better, we become more present, and the people around us feel that shift too. Our higher vibration lifts the collective.
